Article 1: Cancellation Process

• Cancellations are accepted until 1 week prior to the course start date. No refunds will be made for cancellations within the last 7 days.
• For purchases made 7 days or less before the course, the conditions of Article 2 apply.

Article 2: Unconditional Refund Right

• Within 2 business days of purchase, a full refund is available without conditions.

Article 3: Partial Refund

• For cancellations made 1 month prior to the course, 70% of the paid fee will be refunded.
• For purchases made 30 days or less before the course, the conditions of Article 2 apply.

Article 4: Full Refund

• Full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 1 month prior to the course.

Article 5: Special Circumstances

• In unforeseen circumstances such as disasters or coups, a full refund will be made regardless of the timing.

Article 6: Health Issues

• In cases of unforeseen health problems, a full refund will be made upon presentation of a medical report.

Article 7: Cancellation by the Instructor

• If the course is cancelled by the instructor, a full refund will be made to all participants.

Article 8: Purchase Conditions

• Purchases are personal and cannot be made on behalf of others or given as a gift.

Article 9: Transfer of Purchase

• The transfer of the purchase is possible, provided that the transferee is also a plastic surgeon.

Article 10: Transfer Process

• Upon the transfer of a purchase, the account of the transferor will be deleted, and all associated documents will be cancelled.

Article 11: Refund Process

• After approval of the cancellation request, the refund will be processed within 2 business days. (This period may extend due to inter-bank transfer processes.)

Article 12: Refund Method

• Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

Article 13: Refund Fees

• All bank commission fees for the refund process will be borne by the participant.
